Section 10(a) in Shekhawati University, Sikar Act, 2012
(a)Officers of the University-(i)the Vice-Chancellor;(ii)the Registrar;(iii)the Comptroller;(iv)the Estate Officer;(v)the Dean of Student Welfare;(vi)the Deans of Faculties; and(vii)such other persons in the service of the University as may be declared by the Statutes to be the officers of the University.
