37. Option for not availing the benefit of enhanced superannuation age.
- The officers who are not desirous of availing the benefit of enhanced superannuation age may give their option at least six months before they attain the age of 57 years. In the event of such option being given by the officer, he may be retired on his completion of 58 years of age.
