(xvi)[ 'trader' means the person licensed under sub-section (1) of section 7 and includes the person in whose management the collection of fees is placed whether he is called a commission agent, ginner, presser, warehouseman, importer, exporter, stockist or by whatever local name he is called;] [Inserted by Act No.4 of 1987.]
