Section 20(2) in Bihar Urban Local Body (Community Participation) Rules, 2013
(2)Preparation and compilation of plans - The Ward Committee shall prepare the Annual Ward Plan and forward the same to the concerned Municipality for its integration with the Annual Municipal Plan.
