(2)In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, the Board may make regulations providing for -(a)the procedure in regard to the transaction of business of the Board or its committees;(b)the functions and duties of the employees of the Board;(c)the constitution, powers, duties and functions of Committees of the Board; and(d)any other matter for which provision is to be or may be made in the regulations.
