Section 4(i) in The Assam Urban Areas Rent Control Rules, 1969
(i)an application under sub-section (2) of Section 4 a Court-fee of Rs. 7.50 (rupees seven and fifty paise) or as prescribed from time to time under the Court-fee Act, 1870 (Act VII of 1870) as amended shall be paid;
