(2)Subject to the provisions of this Act, all rights and liabilities of the Government in relation to the public roads and other properties, materials and things vested in th Panchayat under sub-section (1) or sub-section (4) shall, from the date of such vesting, be the rights and liabilities of the Panchayat.]
