Sole respondent in both the civil appeals have duly been served.

Appellant in C.A. No.8694/2009 has filed the statement of case and the respondent herein has opted to not to lodge any statement of case.

None of the parties in C.A. No.5014/2015 have filed the statement of case. Since, it is no more a mandate after the amendment in the Supreme Court Rules, 2013, in that circumstance, both the appeals stand complete.
