59.
The term "representative" as used in the Act includes not only the guardian of a minor and the curator of an idiot or a lunatic but also the executors, administrators and heirs of a deceased person. Satisfactory proof of the right of a person to appear in any of these capacities shall be adduced before he is permitted to present a document or to admit or deny its execution.
