Section 23 in Bihar Societies Registration Rules, 2018
23. Repeal and Savings.
- (i) The Bihar Society Registration Rules, 1965 & 2015, are hereby repealed;(ii)Not withstanding such repeal, any thing done or any action taken under the said Rules shall be deemed to have been done or taken under these rules as if it in forced on such day on which such thing was done or such action was taken.
