Section 30 in Jammu and Kashmir State Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 2018
30. Exemption from tax.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force in the State relating to tax on property or tax on profit or gains, or tax on sales or purchases, the trust shall subject to specific order of the State Government be exempted to pay any tax in respect of its property, profits or gains derived or sales or purchases made.
