Section 40(1) in Birsa Munda Tribal University Act, 2017
(1)The Academic Council, or as the case may be. the Faculty, may, subject to the approval of the Academic Council, make regulations, consistent with this Act. the Statutes and the Ordinances providing for all matters which by this Act, the Statutes or the Ordinances are to be provided for by regulations and for all other matters solely concerning itself.
