Section 8(x) in Meghalaya Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme, 2006
(x)Where hospitalization of the injured worker at the work site is necessary, such arrangements shall be made including accommodation, treatment and medicines. The injured worker shall be paid a daily allowance not less than half of the wage rate required to be paid had the injured been engaged in the work.
