(3)Where a notice of acquisition is served on the owner of the property or is published in the Official Gazette under sub-section (20, then, at the beginning of the day on which the notice is so served or published, the property shall vest in the Government free from any mortgage, pledge, lien or other similar encumbrances and the period of requisition thereof shall come to an end.
