Section 19(2)(g) in Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2002

(g)to nominate an observer or observers who will, time to time, under the advice and directions of the Chancellor, decide the policy and framework within which the board of management, academic council, finance committee and such other authorities as may be declared in the statutes, will function and pass resolutions for the proper administration of the University.
