Section 4 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003

4. Municipal Authorities.

- The following shall be the Municipal Authorities for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act, namely:-

(a)The Corporation;

(b)The Mayor;

(c)The Standing Committees of the Corporation; and

(d)The Commissioner;
