Section 16(h) in New Bombay Disposal Land Regulations, 1975

(h)'Plot' means Land set apart for allotment to a person for construction of a building or factory or for any purpose and shown as such in the Development Plan prepared by the Corporation and sanctioned by the Government or the Draft Development Plan or Scheme prepared by the Corporation.
