Section 50 in Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Act, 2011
50. Committees.
- The Chief Executive may, from time to time, appoint such committee constituting of members from amongst the Members as may be required for the efficient discharge of the functions of the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration.
