Section 7(3) in West Bengal Trees (Protection and Conservation in Non-Forest Areas) Rules, 2007
(3)The developer, while applying for the certificate of clearance to the competent authority shall submit a proposed plantation plan (in quadruplicate) drawn on 1:100 scale showing the location of plantation over the extent as prescribed under sub-rule (1) along with the following details(a)species to be planted;(b)advance soil work;(c)source of seeds and seedlings for plantation;(d)spacing and planting pattern; and(e)time schedule for plantation and maintenance.
