Section 96(4) in Mahatma Gandhi University Act 1985

(4). With effect from the date specified in an order under sub section (2) the persons specified in such order and allotted to serve in connection with Mahatma Gandhi University shall become employees of the Mahatma Gandhi University and shall cease to be employees of the University of Kerala.
