Section 77(1) in The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
(1)It shall be open for the Commission to permit any recognised association, forum or other bodies corporate or any group of consumers to participate in any proceeding before the Commission and permit them to make such representation or participation in the proceeding before the Commission in such manner as the Commission considers appropriate.
