Section 2(j) in The Rajasthan Colonisation (Allotment of Government Land to Ghair Dakhilkar Tenant in Paintalisa Area) Conditions, 1970
(j)"Colony Tehsildar" means an officer appointed by the State Government as such or a Tehsildar appointed under sub-clause (ii) of clause (a) of section 20 of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956 (Rajasthan Act 15 of 1956), where the colonisation work is not operated by the Colonisation Department of the State Government;
