Nothing in this Act shall prevent any person from being prosecuted and punished under any other enactment for any offence punishable under this Act, or from being prosecuted and punishment under this Act, for an offence punishable under any other enactment.Provided that such cases shall be subject to the provision of Section 403 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898-Central Act 5 of 1898.
