(2)The rules may provide for-(a)The giving of notices to the members of eachauthority or board, of the dates of meetings and of thebusinessto be transacted at the meetings and also for keepinga record of the proceeding of meetings;(b)The procedure to be followed at the meetings andnumber of members required to form the quorum for themeetings;(c)All matters solely concerning such authority Ar boardand not provided for by this Act, or the Statutes or theOrdinances made under this Act.
