92. Diversion of borrowed money to purposes other than those first approved. -
-When any sum of money has been borrowed under section 89 or section 91 for the purpose of meeting particular expenditure or repaying a particular loan, no portion thereof shall be applied to any other purpose without the previous sanction of the [State Government] [Words substituted by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.].
