Section 8 in The Central Advisory Committee For Lighthouses (Procedural) Rules, 1976
8. Resignation by members.
- A member, other than the Chairman, may resign his membership by letter under his hand addressed to the Chairman but he shall continue in office until his resignation is accepted by the Chairman, or expiry of thirty days from the date of resignation whichever is earlier.
