Section 90(1) in Assam Co-Operative Societies Act, 2007
(1)No person other than a cooperative society registered under this Act shall, without the permission of the State Government, function, trade or carry on business under any name or title of which the word "cooperative" or its equivalent in any Indian language forms part.
