30. Protection of action taken under the Act.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Commission or any member, officer or employee of the Commission for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or any rules or regulations made thereunder.
