(1)The franking machines may be used for franking impression of stamps in all kinds of instruments on which stamp duty is payable under the provisions of the Act.(2)The Franking machine shall be purchased and supplied by the Inspector General of Registration and Stamps.(3)The procedure to regulate the use of Franking machines or any other machine as so authorised shall be such as the Inspector General of Stamps may, by order determine.
