Section 9(1) in Andhra Pradesh Municipal Corporations (Conduct of Election of Members, Election Expenses and Election Petitions) Rules, 2005
(1)On the expiry of the time allowed for withdrawal of candidature, the Returning Officer shall prepare a list in Form XI of persons whose nominations have not been rejected and who have not withdrawn their candidature which may be called as list of contesting candidates and publish it on the notice board of his Office forthwith.
