Section 35(1) in Himachal Pradesh e-Stamping Rules, 2011
(1)The District Registrar or any authorized officer of his office, not below the rank of District Revenue Officer and the Stamp Auditors, appointed under the Act, shall inspect all or any of the branch(s) or office(s) of the Central Record Keeping Agency and Authorized Collection Centers located within their jurisdiction, at least twice in a year.
