Section 51(1) in Rajasthan Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1959
(1)The winding room shall be constructed entirely of fire-resisting materials and shall be large enough to allow the winder to operate freely. The winding room shall have no openings in the wall so as to permit communication with the auditorium or public passage ways.
