Section 9(5) in Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016
(5)The name of any person who becomes disqualified under sub-section (4) after registration shall forthwith be struck off the electoral roll in which it is included:Provided that the name of any person which is struck off from the electoral roll by reason of any such disqualification shall forthwith be reinstated in that roll, if such disqualification is, during the period such roll is in force, removed under any law authorising such removal.
