Section 25(1) in The Punjab Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Rules, 2012
(1)The State Government may be order establish a District Commissioner for Senior Citizen for each district to advise for effective and coordinated implementation of the Act at the district level and to perform such other function in relation to senior citizen at the district level as the State Government may specify.
