Section 8(2) in The Maharashtra Textile Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1982
(2)The State Government shall likewise deposit, in cash, in the Court, to the credit of Messrs. Western India Spinning and Manufacturing Company Limited, Bombay, an amount equal to the sum of rupees one hundred twenty lakhs (Rs. 120 lakhs) for the transfer to, and vesting in the State Government, under sub-section (2) of section 3, or the undertakings of the said Company.
