. During speaking to minutes, learned Counsel for the applicants submitted that for convenience to the parties disbursement of the amount may be made by the office of this Court as the amount is deposited in this Court. He submitted that as per direction given by the Apex Court, the security will be furnished for the satisfaction of the Reference Court before the Reference Court. That is permitted after hearing the Counsel for other side.
