Section 7(1) in The West Bengal Requisitioned Land (Continuance of Powers) Act, 1951
(1)The State Government may, with a view to carrying out the purposes of sections 3 to 6, by order require any person to furnish to such authority as may be specified in the order such information in his possession relating to any requisitioned land as may be specified.
