Section 75(b) in The Jammu and Kashmir State Ranbir Penal Code, 1989
(b)[by a Court in India outside the State] [Substituted by Act III of 1967.] of an offence which would, if committed in Jammu and Kashmir State, have been punishable under those chapters of this Code with like imprisonment for the like term, shall be guilty of any offence punishable under either of those chapters with like imprisonment for the like term, shall be subject for every such subsequent offence to imprisonment for life, or to imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years.
