Section 105 in Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, 2014
105. Continuation of existing staff.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the employees and the staff of the existing University constituted under the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, 1989, (Mah. XXII of 1989) appointed in accordance with the relevant Statutes shall be deemed to have been employed as staff or employee, as the case may be, of the University established under this Act.
