Section 33(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Underground Public Utilities (Acquisition of Rights of User in Land) Rules, 2015
(1)The Government or the Corporation, as the case may be, shall be at liberty to withdraw from acquisition of rights of user of part of any land even after the award has been issued or possession taken.
