(4)After coming into operation of the zonal development plan of any zone, the provisions of the comprehensive development plan pertaining to that zone shall stand modified and altered to the extent the provision of zonal development plan are at variance with the comprehensive development plan.Chapter-IV Modifications to the Development Plan
