Section 121(7)(a) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994

(a)have regard to -
(i)matters of common interest between the Panhayati Raj Institution and the Municipalities including spatial planning, sharing of water and other physical and natural resources, the integrated development of the infrastructure and environmental conservation; and
(ii)the extent and type of available resources whether financial or otherwise; and
