(1)These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh [Kshettra Panchayats] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 9 of 1994.] (Supervision of Activities of [Gram Sabhas] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 9 of 1994.]) Rules, 1963.(2)They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Gazette.
