Section 21(xxxii) in The Bankura University Act, 2013
(xxxii)to institute Collaborative Teaching and Research Programmes with other Universities and prescribe modalities for Credit Transfer and Award of Joint Degrees in a manner not inconsistent with the purposses of this Act;
