Section 6 in Karnataka Municipal Corporations Act, 1976
6. Municipal Authorities.
- The following shall be the municipal authorities of the corporation charged with carrying out the provisions of this Act, namely:-(a)the corporation;(b)the standing committees; and (c) the Commissioner.
