In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 of the Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit Vishwavidyalaya Act, 1960 (Bihar Act VI of 1960), the Governor of Bihar has been pleased to direct that the powers of control and superintendence conferred upon the Bihar Sanskrit Association in Government Resolution no. 4124, dated the 11th August 1956, be exercised and performed by the Board of Sanskrit Education, Bihar constituted in the Government Resolution no. 322, dated the 24th January 1961, in the manner indicated therein.
