(b)The licence shall also make arrangements to the satisfaction of the Licensing Authority for the orderly marshaling of persons desirous of purchasing tickets at the licensed place. Such numbers of booking office windows shall as provided in cinema houses for the sale of tickets to the public as the Licensing Authority may determine in order to prevent congestion of entrances.
