166. Doubts as to powers, duties or functions of Development Authority.
- If any doubt arises in any matter as to the authority of the Development Authority to which any particular power, duty or function appertains, the Chairman shall refer the matter to the State Government and the decision of the State Government thereon shall be final.Chapiter-XVIII Co-ordination and Control
