Appeal No.326 of 2006 (Commissioner, Income Tax-II, Patna & ors. Versus Ravi Kumar Jaiswal), is hereby extended upto 03.08.2010, subject to deposit of cost of Rs.10,000/- with the High Court Legal Services Committee, Patna within the same period, failing which this application shall stand automatically dismissed without further reference to a Bench.
