ORAL ORDER
(PER :HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. R.SUBHASH REDDY) It is contended by learned counsel Mr. Vaibhav Vyas that in the suit there was no pleading so as to bring the suit within limitation. It is further contended that the recent damage of the road and obstruction is not stated in the plaint as recited by the learned Single Judge.
In view of such pleading and material on record, notice to the respondents returnable on 22.01.2018.
